摘　　要：目的分析SF-36中文版用于口腔癌患者生活质量(quality of life,QOL)测定的心理测量学特性。方法采用SF-36中文版对97例确诊为口腔鳞癌的连续患者进行QOL的测量,分析量表的信度、效度和反映度。结果量表8个领域的克朗巴赫系数为0.76～0.96,分半信度为0.69;35个条目可提取9个因子,累计方差贡献率为74.2%;以FACT-G第四版中文版为效标,其效标效度为0.734;量表能敏感的区分口腔癌患者QOL随时间的变化,对已知的两组口腔癌患者术前QOL的差异也表现出一定的区分能力。结论SF-36用于国人口腔癌患者生活质量的测定具有较好的信度、效度和反映度,因而具有一定的实用价值。Objective To analyze psychometric properties of Chinese version SF - 36 for measuring quality of life （QOL） in patients with oral cancer. Methods Quality of llfe of 97 consecutive patients who were diagnosed as oral squamous cell carcinoma was assessed by Chinese version SF - 36. The validity, reliability and responsiveness of the scale were analyzed. Results The internal consistency a for eight domains was 0.76 - 0.96, and the split - half reliability was 0.69. An exploratory factor analysis on 35 items produced 9 factors, and the analysis explained 72.4% of total variation. The criterion validity with FACT - G was 0.734. The instrument could detect the changes of QOL over time sensitively, and its ability to assess differences between T1 ＋ T2 groups and T3 ＋ T4 groups was also satisfactory. Conclusion Chinese version SF -36 could measure the quality of life of patients with oral cancer with better reliability, validity and responsiveness.
