一次性根管治疗和断冠再接术32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察恒切牙外伤冠折后行一次性根管治疗与断冠再接术的临床效果。方法:对断冠保存完整的32颗恒切牙外伤冠折患者,一次性根管治疗术后即以3M Adper Prompt粘结剂和3M Filtek P60树脂将断冠复位粘固,定期复查。结果:术后1年及2年的成功率为96.77%,术后3年的累计成功率为93.55%。结论:一次性根管治疗与断冠再接术疗程短,疗效确切,可满足患者的特殊需求。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy and reattachment af permanent incisors with crown fracture. Methods 32 teeth with crown fracture were treated by one-time root canal therapy and reattachment with 3M Adper Prompt and 3M Filtek P60 when intact incisal edge segments were presented. They were reviewed regularly. Results The success rate was 96.77% one year later and two years later. The cumulative success rate was 93.55% three years later. Conclusion One-time root canal therapy and reattachment has a short period of treatment and an exact curative effect. It can satisfy the special requirement of the patients.
