摘　　要：目的：观察下颌第三磨牙前倾阻生致食物嵌塞作铸造金属全冠修复的临床效果。方法：126例患者经完善的牙体牙髓根尖周治疗后,采用铸造金属全冠修复后观察3～5年。结果：126例观察3～5年后,未见松动和脱落,自诉咀嚼功能恢复良好。9例牙龈有红肿出血,经牙周治疗与手术切除部分牙龈后,恢复正常,2例出现牙髓炎症状,经邪合面开洞,行根管治疗后,症状消除。结论：下颌第三磨牙前倾阻生致食物嵌塞,铸造金属全冠修复后效果良好。满足中老年患者不拔牙的治疗需要,同时解决了第二磨牙与第三磨牙之间的食物嵌塞。Objective： To observe the clinical results of casting metal full crown treat the food impaction caused by forward impacted mandibular third molars. Methods： 126 patients after perfect endodontic treatment of periapical were used casting metal full crown to treat the food impaction. All patients were followed up for 3 -5 years. Results： 126 patients were observed for 3 - 5 years no loose and fall off. They there is swelling andbleedin said that they had a good functional recovery of mastication. 9 cases g gums. After periodontal treatment and surgical removal of part of the gingival, they came to normal. 2 cases occurred pulpitis symptoms. The symptoms were eliminated after root canal therapy. Conclusion： The resuit is good that using casting metal full crown treat the food impaction caused by forward impacted mandibular third molars. This therapy also meet the middle-aged patients a needs of non-extraction treatment.
