摘 要:目的评估Bio-Gide生物膜、Bio-oss骨粉引导骨组织再生修复种植床骨缺损的作用。方法选择种植区牙槽骨存在骨缺损的11例患者,其中男性9例,女性2例,年龄18~56岁。共计11枚种植体。植入种植体后,在骨缺损处植入Bio-oss骨粉,并用Bio-Gide生物膜覆盖。术后、Ⅱ期手术前进行口腔临床检查和X射线检查。种植修复体完成后,分别于戴牙后6、12个月定期复诊,检查种植体周围骨组织的吸收及种植体周围软组织情况。结果术后2周内有1枚种植体覆盖黏膜少许裂开,Ⅱ期手术时,1枚种植体周围形成纤维愈合而失败,后经重新种植,所有种植体均顺利完成种植修复。修复后随访6~12个月,种植体均能成功地恢复咀嚼功能。结论Bio-Gide生物膜、Bio-oss骨粉可以引导骨组织再生,改善种植床骨增量效果。与正常骨组织中种植修复的1年成功率不存在明显差异。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Bio-oss particals as bone grafts in combination with Bio-Gide membrane technique in regeneration of bone defects around implant. Methods A total of 11 patients were enrolled, male 9, female 2, aged 18 - 56 years. The bone defect around 11 implants were filled with Bio-oss, and covered with Bio-Gide membrane, secondary surgery, were performed after 6 months. The bone defect area was exposed for measuring height of newly formed bone. The regeneration of bone defect by radiograph was evaluated. Follow-up were conducted 6 months and 1 year after implantation of prostheses. Clincal and X-ray examinations were conducted. Results Premature dehiscence or perforation of soft tissue flap was occurred in only 1 case. The bone defect around 10 implants were repaired, 1 implant had loosen in 6 months after primary operation, and it was reimplanted after 6 months. Residual implant were stable in follow-up for 6 - 12 months after operation and loaded. New bone were contacted to surface of implant and osseointegration was formed. Conclusion Bio-oss combined with Bio-Gide can successfully conduct the bone regeneration and repair the bone defect. Survival rates of implant with guided bone regeneration is equal to that without bone defect in 1 year.
