环香酮滴眼液治疗家兔单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

摘　　要：目的为了观察环香酮滴眼液治疗家兔实验性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的作用。方法分别配制生药浓度为2.5%、5%和10%的环香酮滴眼液对家兔单疱角膜炎进行治疗,以阿昔洛韦为阳性对照,以溶剂为阴性对照,观察角膜上皮病变、角膜基质病变、结膜病变、动物死亡率和病毒分离情况,对其进行秩和检验和卡方检验,并对治疗结果进行综合分析。结果治疗第3周,对角膜上皮病变的治疗作用,阿昔洛韦滴眼液最好,其次是10%的环香酮滴眼液。角膜基质病变,10%环香酮滴眼液和阿昔洛韦滴眼液作用最好。结膜病变,阿昔洛韦滴眼液作用最好,其次是10%环香酮滴眼液组。阿昔洛韦滴眼液的死亡率最低,其次是10%的环香酮滴眼液组和2.5%的环香酮滴眼液组。病毒分离方面,第4天,病毒活力由低至高分别为阿昔洛韦、10%的环香酮滴眼液、2.5%环香酮滴眼液、5%环香酮滴眼液和溶剂;第7天,病毒活力由低至高分别为阿昔洛韦、2.5%环香酮滴眼液、10%环香酮滴眼液、5%环香酮滴眼液和溶剂。通过对5项指标的综合评价,治疗作用由强至弱的顺序为阿昔洛韦滴眼液、10%的环香酮滴眼液、2.5%的环香酮滴眼液、5%的环香酮滴眼液和溶剂对照组。结论环香酮滴眼液对家兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎有一定的治疗作用,10%环香酮滴眼液作用较好。OBJECTIVE To examine the treating effects of Huanxiangtong eye drops on experimental rabbit with herpes simplex keratitis. METHODS Two point five percent, 5% and 10% Huanxiangtong eye drops were prepared for study of treating experimental rabbit with herpes simplex keratitis. Acyclovir was used as positive control and solution as negative control. The cornea epithelial lesion, cornea stromal lesion,conjunctival lesion,mortality rate and virus isolation were examined. The rank sum test and the chi- square test were used. The treating results were analyzed synthetically. RESULTS In cornea epithelial lesion, the effects were the best for acyclovir and the second for 10% Huanxiangtong eye drops. In cornea stromal lesion, the effects were the best for 10% Huanxiangtong eye drops and acyclovir. In conjunctival lesion, the effects were the best for acyclovir and the second for 10% Huanxiangtong eye drops. In the mortality rate, it was the lowest for acyclovir and the second for 10% and 2.5% Huanxiangtong eye drops on the third week. In the virus isolation, virus activities from low to high were acyclovir, 10%, 2.5%, 5% Huanxiangtong eye drops and control solution on the 4th day. The virus activities from low to high were acyclovir, 2.5%, 10%, 5% Huanxiangtong eye drops and control solution on the 7th day. From comprehensive evaluation of five indicators, the effects from mightiness to weakness were acyclovir, 10%, 2.5%, 5% Huanxiangtong eye drops and control solution. CONCLUSIONS Huanxiangtong eye drops had some treating effects on experimental rabbit with herpes simplex keratitis. The effects were the best for 10% Huanxiangtong eye drops.
