摘　　要：通过复习国内外Cogan综合征文献,简述其历史、流行病学、病因与发病机制、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗与预后,以加深对本病的认识,避免漏误诊。The author reviewed the home and abroad literature of Cogan syndrome,and outlined its history,epidemiology,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis in order to raise awareness of this disease and prevent it from being left out or misdiagnosed.
