鼻部多发性小汗腺汗囊瘤5例

摘　　要：患者3女2男。发病年龄6～16岁。皮损均表现为囊性透明圆形丘疹,多无自觉症状,好发于面部。组织病理表现为真皮中部可见一个偶有多个扩大的囊性导管和腔。囊壁有两层细胞,内层细胞为立方形,外层细胞呈柱状。5例均进行激光治疗,1例明显缓解,现均在随访中。All the patients were children, 3 were male and 2 were female. Skin lesion showed a dome-shaped transparent, cystic papule on face with no subjective symptoms. Histological findings revealed that a single dilated cystic cavity composed of 2 layers cells in dermis. Laser therapy was used to treat the five cases. One case＇skin lesion was near complete resolution.
