女性生殖器疣状癌1例

摘　　要：患者女,35岁。小阴唇、肛周疣状赘生物逐渐增大2年。多家医院以"尖锐湿疣"予冷冻、激光及外用药物等多次治疗,术后反复复发,皮疹逐渐增多、增大。皮肤科情况:右侧小阴唇和肛周分别见一1.5cm×1.5cm×1.5cm和1.0cm×1.0cm×1.0cm增生物,表面不平,呈菜花状,质软,轻微触痛。组织病理检查诊断为疣状癌。HPV6,11型阳性(原位杂交),HPV16,18型阴性。A 35-year-old female patient presented with crissum verrucous vegetation over two years, she was ever diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum in many hospitals and received cryotherapy,laser therapy and topical medication for many times, but lesions relapsed finally and gradually growed bigger. Physical examination showed verrucous masses with diameter about 1.5cm× 1.5cm × 1.5cm on the right side of labium minus and 1.0cm × 1.0cm× 1.0cm along crissum , which surface were uneven, showing cauliflower-like, soft, mild tenderness. HPV subtypes 6/11 were positive and HPV subtypes 16/18 were negative by situ hybridization.
