自制口腔黏膜合剂在头颈部肿瘤放疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制口腔黏膜合剂在头颈部肿瘤放疗中的应用效果。方法:90例头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为两组,一组55例,在放疗30Gy后开始服用自制口腔黏膜合剂,并按口腔反应的轻重程度,给予相应的预防及有效的治疗。另一组35例,仅在出现放疗口腔反应后进行对症处理。结果:服用自制口腔黏膜合剂组55例中6例出现口咽反应1级症状,4例出现口咽反应2级症状;未服用自制口腔黏膜合剂组35例中5例出现口咽反应2级症状,12例出现口咽反应3级症状,8例出现口咽反应4级症状,两组口腔反应发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自制口腔黏膜合剂在头颈部肿瘤放疗中能有效地预防和治疗口咽黏膜反应,减轻患者痛苦,对帮助患者坚持放疗有重要意义。Objective：To study the role of the homemade mixture for oral mucosa in the radiotherapy of head and neck neoplasms. Methods：Ninety patients were divided into two groups randomly. One growp with 55 patients used the homemade mixture for oral mucosa after 30Gy radiation, the other group with 35 patients only were given treatment when symptoms appeared in radiotherapy. Results： Six of 55 patients which were given the homemade mixture for oral mucosa had grade Ⅰ oropharynx reaction,4 of them had Grade Ⅱ oropharynx reaction. For 35 patients had not used the homemade mixture for oral mucosa,there were 8 patients with grade Ⅲ oropharynx reaction, 12 grade Ⅳ oropharynx reaction. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion：The homemade mixture for oral mucosa can prevent and cure the oropharynx reaction, and relieve the pain of patients.
