摘　　要：目的:探讨ECT骨显像对诊断甲状旁腺瘤的价值。方法:回顾性地分析6例通过骨ECT扫描而得到启发最后确诊为甲状旁腺瘤患者的ECT扫描显像资料及病理病情。结果:6例通过骨ECT扫描显像为骨代谢增强性骨病,提示甲状旁腺功能亢进,最后都得到手术病理学确诊。结论:对于无肿瘤病史的首发骨痛患者,ECT骨扫描对于诊断是否为甲状旁腺瘤有很重要的临床价值。Objective：To explore the value of ECT bone imaging in the diagnosis of parathyroid tumor. Methods： To retrospectively analyze data of the ECT bone scan of 6 cases with parathyroid gland tumor. Results：6 cases were examined by ECT bone scan for the hyper parathyroid hormone, and confirmed with pathology. Conclusion：For tumor -free but with bone pain patients,ECT bone scan is very important to diagnose parathyroid gland tumor
