摘　　要：微创玻璃体切割术是近年来新型玻璃体切割手术领域的研究热点。本文综述了目前国内外微创玻璃体切割术的研究现状,包括25 G和23 G微创玻璃体切割术的疗效、优缺点、适应证、并发症及其影响因素,并对并发症的预防作一扼要综述。Micro-invasive vitrectomy is a hot research issue in neotype vitrectomy in recent years.This paper briefly reviews the current studies at home and abroad on micro-invasive vitrectomy,including the curative effects,advantages,disadvantages,indications,complications and impact factors of 25-Gauge and 23-Gauge micro-invasive vitrectomy,as well as how to prevent their complications.
