摘　　要：目的探讨遵义地区人群HSLi6多态性分布情况。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)方法,检测247例中国遵义地区人群HSLi6多态性,并分析其在人群中的分布情况。结果HSLi6检测出6种等位基因片段、11种基因型。其多态信息含量大于0.7,其中等位基因6、7基因频率分布最广。结论HSLi6在遵义地区人群中具有多态分布,为HSL作为糖脂代谢研究候选基因提供了相关依据。Objective To explore the polymorphism distribution of the hormone-sensitive lipase （HSL） gene i6 in Zunyi region. Methods HSL i6 in the Zunyi population was examined with ploymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism （PCR-SSCP）, and analyzed for its distribution. Results Six different alleles and 11 different genotypes were found in the HSL i6. The PIC is more than 0. 7, in which allele 6 and allele 7 were most widely distributed. Conclusion The polymorphism of HSL i6 was identified and the result suggests in Zunyi HSL as a candidate gene of glucose and lipid metabolism.
