摘 要:目的实验研究阳极氧化处理的正畸微螺旋种植体的生物力学特性。【材料与方法】18枚阳极氧化处理的钛合金微种植体及18枚没有经过任何处理的钛合金微种植体种植于三只新西兰大白兔的后腿,分为阳极氧化组与金属表面组。在种植体植入时测量最高植入扭矩;观察6周后,测量最高旋出扭矩。配对t检验比较两组微种植体的生物力学差异。结果微种植体的最高植入扭矩在阳极氧化组7.11±2.1Ncm;在金属表面组7.27±1.95Ncm。两组比无统计学意义,(P〉0.05)。最高旋出扭矩在阳极氧化组(3.88±1.37)Ncm;在金属表面组(1.93±1.13)Ncm。两组差异有显著的统计学意义,(P〈0.05)。最高植入扭矩与最高旋出扭矩在金属表面组呈相关关系(P〈0.05),在阳极氧化组没有相关关系。结论阳极氧化处理能够改善钛合金正畸微种植体周围骨组织的愈合能力。Objective To investigate the biomeehanical characteristics of anodized oxide orthodontic micro-implants. Materials and Methods 18 anodized oxide titanium alloy micro-implants and 18 titanium alloy micro-implants inserted in the femur of three New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups, anodized oxide and mechanical group. Peak insertion torque and peak removal torque were measured immediately after insertion and after 6-week healing respectively. Paired t test was used to compare the difference between the two groups. Results The average of peak insertion torque in anodized oxide group was(7. 11±2. 1)Ncm, (7.27±1.95)Ncm in mechanical group. The average peak removal torque was in the anodized oxide group(3.88± 1.37)Ncm, 1.93± 1.13 Ncm in the mechanical group. In mechanical group, peak insertion torque had correlation with peak removal torque (p〈0. 05). In anodized oxide group, peak insertion torque had no correlation with peak removal torque. Conclusions Anodized oxide improve the remodeling of the surrounding bone of Tialloy orthodontic micro-implants.
