儿童肝脏间叶性错构瘤影像学和病理学表现

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童肝脏间叶性错构瘤的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析3例经手术病理证实的儿童肝脏间叶性错构瘤（HMH）的超声及CT影像学表现。男1例，女2例。3例均行B超和CT检查。结果3例HMH均为单发肿瘤，CT及超声示1例为分隔囊型肿瘤，1例混合性囊实型肿瘤，1例实体型肿瘤。超声及CT显示分隔囊型肿瘤的囊隔较薄，混合型囊实性肿瘤的囊隔不规则增厚。注射造影剂后CT影像示肿瘤实性成分和分隔不均匀强化。结论儿童肝脏间叶性错构瘤影像学表现有一定特征性。Objective To study the imaging features of hepatic mesenchymal hamartoma in children. Methods The ultrasonography and CT findings in 3 children of hepatic mesenchymal hamartoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed. There were one boy and two girls. Results The tumors in three cases appeared as multi-systic tumor in one,mixed solid and cystic tumor in one and solid tumor in one. The septa in cystic tumor were thin and irregularly thickened in the mixed solid and cystic tumors on ultrasonography and CT. There was heterogeneous enhancement of solid portions or thickened septa of the tumors on post-contrast CT scan. Conclusion Hepatic mesenchymal hamartomas in children have some special imaging characteristics.
