摘　　要：目的:了解某高校教职工的死因分布,为高校预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法:对2006-2008年某高校教职工死亡原因进行调查分析。结果:该校教职工的年均死亡率为522.60/10万,2006-2008年逐年上升,增长率为49.47%。死因顺位依次为心血管疾病(36.3%),恶性肿瘤(34.3%)和脑血管疾病(11.3%)。肺癌是恶性肿瘤中居第1位的死因。结论:慢性非传染性疾病仍然是危害该校教职工健康的主要疾病,预防控制心脑血管疾病和恶性肿瘤应作为高校教职工医疗保健的重点。Objective：To investigate the distribution of death causes for university staffs in Wuhan,a city in central China,so as to provide scientific basis on the prevention and health care. Methods：The data of death causes of university staffs from year 2006 to 2008 were analyzed. Results：The average annual mortality rate was 522.60 per 100 000 population,which was increasing during year 2006 to 2008,and the growth rate was 49.47%. The first three death causes were cardiovascular disease （36.3%）,malignant tumor （34.3%）,and cerebrovascular disease （11.3%） respestively. The first death cause is lung cancer in malignant tumor. Conclusion：Chronic non-infectious disease is still the major disease which is harmful to the health of university staff. Therefore,prevention and control these diseases including malignant tumor,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease should be placed in the first rank on college medical and health work for faculty members.
