中国河北地区汉族人群padi4-94单核苷酸多态性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究中国河北地区健康汉族人群PADI4基因padi4-94位点多态性及其分布特征,比较种族间的基因型及等位基因频率分布差异。方法随机选取106例河北地区汉族个体,对padi4-94位点PCR产物进行直接测序。结果中国汉族人群padi4-94位点存在三种基因型,AA、AG和GG,频率分别为22.6%、40.6%和39.8%,等位基因频率A为42.9%,G为57.1%。将日本、英国、西班牙、瑞士、北美等人群相关资料与本研究比较发现,此位点的基因型及等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中国河北汉族人群padi4-94位点存在多态性,这种多态型在种族间可能不存在差异,这将为在汉族人群中研究padi4-94相关疾病提供可靠依据。Objective To study the gene polymorphism at position padi4-94 in Chinese Hart people of Hebei province and to compare the distributions of genotype and allele frequencies with other races. Methods 106 Chinese Han people in Hebei province were randomly enrolled in the study. The Padi4-94 gene was screened by sequencing the promotor. Results There were three genotypes AA, AG and GG in Chinese Han people, their frequencies were 22.6% ,40.6% and 39.8% respectively. A and G allele gene frequencies were 42.9% and 57.1%. As compared with the data of Japan, UK, Spain,Sweden and North America,the distributions of genotypes and alleles were not different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In Chinese Han people in Hebei province, the gene polymorphisms exist at position padi4-94, their distributions probably are not different from other races. The result obtained in the study can provide useful information for the study on padi4-94 gene-related diseases.
