摘　　要：目的分析腹腔化疗后腹液中癌胚抗原mRNA(CEA mRNA)检测结果与患者预后的关系,了解应用CEA mRNA评估腹腔转移癌预后的价值。方法应用反转录-套式-聚合酶链反应技术检测腹腔转移癌患者腹腔化疗后腹液中CEA mRNA,比较CEA mRNA阳性与阴性患者24个月生存例数的差别。结果腹腔转移癌患者化疗后腹液中CEA mRNA阳性者6～18个月的生存例数明显少于阴性者(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论腹腔化疗后腹液中CEA mRNA的结果能够较客观地反映腹腔转移癌患者24个月的生存情况,检测腹腔化疗后腹液中CEA mRNA对评估腹腔转移癌患者的预后具有较好的帮助。Objective To study the relationship between the prognosis and the eareinoembryonic antigen mRNA （CEA mRNA） in aseites after intraperitoneal chemotherapy and to investigate value of detection of CEA mRNA for the prognostic evaluation of patients with metastatic carcinoma in abdominal cavity. Methods CEA mRNA was detected by reverse transeriptase-nested primers polymerase chain reaction in aseites of patients with metastatic carcinoma in abdominal cavity. These patients were given intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Then the surviving cases between patients with positive CEA mRNA and negative CEA mRNA within 24 months were compared. Results The surviving eases of patients with positive CEA mRNA were much less than those of patients with negative CEA mRNA in 6 - 18 months（P〈 0.05 or 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The results of CEA mRNA in ascites after intraperitoneal chemotherapy can reflect the surviving situation of patients with metastatic carcinoma in abdominal cavity. Detection of CEA mRNA in ascites after intraperitoneal chemotherapy plays an important role in prognostic evaluation for patients with metastatic eareinoma in abdominal cavity.
