摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Benhnken设计,选取接种物与原料质量比、发酵起始pH值和活性炭添加量为工艺考察参数,对水稻秸秆发酵产沼气工艺进行了响应面法优化。确定水稻秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的最佳工艺条件为:接种物与原料质量比1.28∶1、起始pH值7.35、活性炭添加量11.48 g.L-1,此条件下每50 g水稻秸秆的沼气平均产气量为5833.2 mL,与优化前相比提高了34.4%。Based on the single factor experiments, response surface methodology was applied to optimize process parameters of blogas production process by anaerobic fermentation of rice straw using Box-Benhnken design. Mass ratio of inoculum to raw material, initial pH value, and addition amount of activated carbon were selected as process parameters for optimization. The results indicated that the optimum conditions were as follows:mass ratio of inoculum to raw material was 1.28:1, initial pH value was 7.35 and addition amount of activated carbon was 11.48 g·L^-1. Under above conditions, the biogas production for 50 g rice straw was 5833.2 mL, increasing by 34. 4% when compared to the value before optimization.
