摘 要:从霉变的书籍中分离纯化了34种霉菌,对其中的3种主要霉菌进行了形态学和分子生物学鉴定,分别鉴定为球毛壳菌种(Chaetomium globosum)、土曲霉种(Aspergillus terreus)、烟曲霉种(Aspergillus fumigatus)。研究了4种中草药的乙醇提取物对这3种霉菌的抑制效果,结果表明,丁香提取物效果最好,黄岑提取物其次,黄连提取物和芸香草提取物较差,可为研究开发低毒环保的抗菌纸提供参考。Mold of 34 species were isolated from moldy books. Among them, 3 species which were demon- strated to be the key mould causing book mold were identified morphologically and molecularly as Chaetomium globosum, Aspergillus terreus and Aspergillus fumigatus. Antifungal effects of ethanol extracts of 4 Chinese herbal medicines to the 3 molds were studied. The results, which provided information to antibacterial paper development, showed that effect of Clove extract was the best, with Huang-qin extract, Rhizoma coptidis extract and Cymbopogon distans extract following it.
