摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析技术对废次烟叶生物发酵香料中香气成分进行了定性定量研究。结果表明,废次烟叶生物发酵香料中鉴定出香气成分共63种,合计含量为83.43μg.mL-1,主要包括醇类(40.92μg.mL-1)、酮类(9.72μg.mL-1)、酯类(6.13μg.mL-1)、醛类(3.24μg.mL-1)和烃类(17.69μg.mL-1)。重要香气成分有苯乙醇、2-甲基-1-丁醇、苯甲醇、芳樟醇、香茅醇、α-松油醇、大马酮、茄酮、β-紫罗兰酮、香叶基丙酮、巨豆三烯酮B、愈创木酚、新植二烯、十七烷、正十六酸、十六碳烯酸乙酯、叶醇等。Volatile aroma components in flavor extract of fermented waste tobacco were studied by GC-MS method. The result showed that, about 63 compounds were indentified in flavor extract of fermented waste tobacco, with total concentration 83.43 μg·mL^-1. Alcohols(40.92μg·mL^-1) ,ketones(9.72μg·mL^-1), esters(6.13 μg·mL^-1), aldehydes(3.24μg·mL^-1) and hydrocarbons (17.69μg·mL^-1) were the main volatile components of the flavor extract. The important aroma components found in the flavor extract were phenylethyl alcohol, 2-methyl-l-butanol, benzyl alcohol, 3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol, (R)-3,7-dimethyl-6-octen-1-ol, ( S)-4-trimethyl-alpha, alpha-3-cyelohexene-1-methanol, ( E)-I-( 2, 6, 6-trimethyl-1,3-cyclohexadiene-1-yl)-2-butene-1-one, (E)-8-methyl-5-( 1-methylethyl)-6,8-nonadien-2-one, 4-[2,6,6-trimethyl-1 (or2)-cyelohexen-1-yl]-3-buten-1-one, (E)-6,10-dimethyl-5,9-undecadien-2-one, megastigmatrienone B, 2-methoxy-phenol, neophytadiene, heptadecane, n-hexadecanoic acid, E-11-hexadecenoic acid ethyl ester and 3-hexen-1-ol, etc.
