摘 要:目的研究32种海洋微生物提取成分的体外抗真菌活性及对真菌光谱学的影响。方法从东海海蜇、海泥中分离了112种微生物,进一步从微生物发酵液中提取了32种海洋微生物成分,采用微量液基稀释法研究了32种提取成分对7种临床常见真菌的体外抗菌活性,并用红外光谱、拉曼光谱研究了对真菌光谱学的影响。结果从海泥分离微生物中提取的4种生物成分PHA(Ⅰ)、PHB(Ⅱ)、PHC(Ⅲ)、PHD(Ⅳ),对7种实验的真菌显示了抗菌活性,尤其对白念珠菌均有较强的抗菌活性,MIC80值为16mg/L,尤其PHA(Ⅰ)抗白念珠菌MIC80值仅为8mg/L,对热带念珠菌也显示了较强的抗菌活性,MIC80值均为32mg/L;同时4种生物成分对红色毛癣菌、申克孢子丝菌、烟曲霉菌也显示了抗菌活性,其中对红色毛癣菌抗菌活性较强。结论4种海洋微生物提取成分有较强的抗真菌活性,光谱学研究显示了与两性霉素B一致的光谱信息。Objective To investigate antifungal activities of 32 extracts from marine microorganisms and changes in fungal spectroscopy in vitro. Methods One hundred and twelve microorganisms were isolated from jellyfish and sea soil of the East China Sea, and 32 compounds were further extracted from the microbial zymotic fluid. In vitro antifungal effects of the 32 compounds were studied with microbroth dilution assay, and changes in fungal spectroscopy were further studied with infra - red and Raman spectroscopy. Results Four compounds, i.e. PHA(Ⅰ) .PHB(Ⅱ) .PHC(Ⅲ) ,PHD( Ⅳ), could inhibit the growth of the 7 tested fungi, and had obvious effects on Candida albicans with a MIC value of 16 mg/L. PHA(Ⅰ) was also effective to Candida albicans, and at the same time it could obviously inhibit Candida pseudotropicalis, with the MIC value being 8 mg/L and 32 mg/L. Conclusions All the 4 compounds had relatively strong antifungal activity and the spectroscopy of Candida albicans by PHA(Ⅰ) was identical to that of amphotericin B.
