摘 要:目的:对来源于高原的肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌、胆管癌患者,进行缺氧损害对基因表达差异性的实验研究。方法:肝癌等5种肿瘤患者328例为A组,其中高原地区的肝癌患者51例为A1组,平原肝癌患者55例为A2组;健康对照组470例中62例测定锌指蛋白A20,其中高原健康对照31例为B1组,平原健康对照31例为B2组;健康对照组中另408例测定高敏C反应蛋白,高原健康对照205例为C1组,平原健康对照203例为C2组。结果:锌指蛋白A20阳性率和荧光强度A1组为(74.91±14.35)及(12.43±5.02),A2组为(82.47±15.92)及(14.56±5.77),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B1组(8.62±5.54)及(2.46±1.29),B2组(9.92±7.18)及(3.49±1.87),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C1与C2组高敏C反应蛋白水平表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高海拔地区缺氧环境因素对同种疾病和健康人均有损害,高原地区人体血液中锌指蛋白A20和高敏C反应蛋白的表达与平原(≤500 m/海拔)人体差异有统计学意义。Objective To study the differences of the gene expression of hypoxic damage, altitude of origin of liver, stomach, colon, esophagus and bile duct cancer patients. Methods Of 328 patients with 5 kinds of cancer (group A), there were 51 patients with liver cancer from the plateau area (group A1), 55 patients with liver cancer from plains (group A2). In 470 healthy controls, 62 were determined zinc finger protein A20, in which 31 were from the plateau area ( group B1), and 31 from the plain (group B2). The other 408 healthy controls were determined high sensitivity C-reactive protein, in which 205 were from plateau (group C1) and 203 were from the plain (group C2). Results Positive rate of A20 and fluorescence intensity were (74.91 ± 14.35) and (12.43 ± 5.02) in group A1, and (82.47 ± 15.92) and (14.56±5.77) in group A2 respectively (P〈0.05) ; (8.62 ± 5.54) and (2.46 ± 1.29) in group B1, and (9.92± 7.18) and (3.49± 1.87) in group B2, respectively (P〈0.05). There was a statistic difference in high sensitivity C-reactive protein between group C1 and C2 (P〈0.01). Conclusion Hypoxia environmental factors in high altitude area are harmful to the healthy people and the patients. There are statistic differences in zinc finger protein A20 and high sensitivity C-reactive protein expression between the people in high altitude and the plain.
