摘 要:目的:研究乳腺癌组织内细胞核因子(NF-κBp65)与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达及意义。方法:采用SABC免疫组化染色法检测乳腺癌组织及癌旁对照组织内NF-κBp65与VEGF-C蛋白的表达,并分析二者的相关性及与临床病理因素的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织内NF-κBp65蛋白表达的阳性率为76.0%,明显高于癌旁对照组织30.0%(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织内VEGF-C蛋白表达的阳性率为84.0%,明显高于癌旁对照组织20.0%(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织内NF-κBp65蛋白与VEGF-C蛋白的表达呈正相关(γ=0.53,P<0.05),并且均与肿瘤淋巴转移密切相关。结论:乳腺癌组织内NF-κBp65的高表达可上调VEGF-C表达,进而导致肿瘤周围淋巴管增生、扩张,促进肿瘤细胞向区域淋巴结转移。Objective:To study the expression and significance of NF - κB p65 and VEGF - C in breast cancer. Methods: Expression of NF - κB p65 and VEGF - C in breast cancer and normal tissue were detected by SABC immunohistochemical staining method and relationship of their expressions with clinical factors was analyzed. Results: 76% of NF - κB p65 in breast cancer was significantly higher than 30.0% in normal tissue(P 〈0.05) ;84.0% of VEGF - C in breast cancer was also significantly higher than 20.0% in controls(P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Significant positive relationship was found between NF - κB p65 and VEGF - C ( r = 0.53, P 〈 0.05 ) and their expression was closely related with lymphatic metastasis of tumor. Conclusion: NF - κB 1965 can up - regulate VEGF - C expression in breast cancer, resulting in lymphangiogenesis and distension in the periphery of tumor, and then enhance tumor cells metastasize to the regional lymph nodes.
