纤维强化树脂粘接桥在前牙种植过渡修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价纤维强化树脂粘接桥在前牙种植过渡义齿修复中的临床应用效果。方法1～2颗上前牙缺失的种植义齿修复患者,在种植体植入术后即刻应用强力纤维强化树脂夹板技术制作粘接式树脂过渡义齿,观察其临床效果。结果共完成21例,1例因咬合过紧、意外咬到硬物脱落,改用隐形义齿修复。其余均无松动脱落,持续至二期修复,最长观察13个月。观察期内临时义齿均出现不同程度变色,但患者对美学效果均感满意。结论纤维强化的粘接式树脂临时桥,美观、舒适、不影响伤口愈合,可满足前牙种植过渡修复的要求。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the fiber-reinforced resin bonded bridge on anterior teeth transitional restOration after implant. Methods The patients with 1-2 anterior teeth missing were repaired by implant denture, after implanting operation, made the fiber-reinforced resin bonded bridge immediately by uSing the fiber-reinforced resin splint technology and then its Clinical effect was evaluated. Results In a total of 21 cases ; broke off of bridge occurred due to tight occlusal and accident bite on hard object, then it was replaced by a stealth denture. The others did not loose before the followed restoration, up to 13 months. During observation period, diseolorattion occurred in temporary dentures, to varying extends, but the patients were satisfied with the aesthetic effect. Conclusion There were comfortable feeling and satisfactory aesthetic result with the fiber-reinforced resin bonded bridge; it did not affect wound healing and could meet the requirements of the transitional repair after implant, but should be based on the patients occlusion situation to choose the seemly transitional restoration way.
