提高应用型本科院校人才培养质量的几点思考

摘　　要：应用型本科教育的目的是培养、加强专业基础教育的同时,注重对学生的技能培养,培养适应现代化建设需要的基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高,直接从事解决实际问题,并具有创新精神和责任意识的高级应用型人才。从应用型本科院校的准确定位、提升办学内涵、彰显办学特色等方面,积极探索了如何提高应用型本科人才培养质量问题。Aim of application-oriented institutes education is to cultivate and strengthen the basis of professional education, and to foeuse on skills development of students and to cultivate senior application-oriented talents,who has a broad knowledge prospect, ability,and high-quality,and can solve practical problems directly, and has the spirit of innovation, sense of responsibility. In this paper,it is actively explored how to improve the quality of application-oriented institutes talents from different aspects such as accurating position,enhancing educational content,highlighting school characteristics,etc.
