摘 要:针对麦芽生产废水特点和北方冬季低气温条件,采用高、低负荷组合工艺处理废水,通过处理器中溶解氧的控制达到运行能耗的减少和避免冬季处理器因没有增温措施而出现的结冰现象。工程实践表明:冬季处理器水温度在5℃左右,室外气温度在-20℃左右,COD去除率仍能达到94%以上,处理出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。总结了一些成功经验和不足之处,说明中国北方冬季处理站不用增温措施也能正常运行是可行的。According to the malt factory effluent features and the condition of the northern part of the country low air temperature in winter,dealing with waste water by using group technology with high load capacity and under load,to reduce energy consumption by controlling right consistency of DO in the processor and to avoid icing phenomenon with no heating measure in the processor during the winter. It is make known that the clearance of COD still reach above 94 %, and it can reach the discharge requirement specified in the Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standards (GB8978--1996) : Category-I Standard, even though the water temperature of the processor in winter is around 5℃ and the air temperature outside is 20 below zero, So it is shows that the processor in northern part of China still can run normally without taking heat measure during the winter by summarizing a number of successful experiences and shortcomings.
