摘　　要：严重的留守儿童犯罪问题已经引起社会各界广泛关注,分析了农村留守儿童易发多发的犯罪现象的原因,针对农村留守儿童犯罪的特点、成因,提出建立社会、学校、家庭三位一体的农村留守儿童问题治理体系,从而有效的预防和减少留守儿童犯罪,切实维护这类特殊群体的生存权、教育权、发展权。Left - behind children delinquency is a serious social problem which has already caused wide public concern. This paper analyzed the reasons of Left - behind children delinquency. Based on the causes and characteristics of left-behind children delinquency, we suggest that a new governance system should be established, and the new system is a combination of society, school and family. Thereby, we can prevent and reduce the problems caused by left-behind children and make earnest efforts for this special group to preserve the rights of living, developing and education.
