情志调护结合艾灸四花穴预防脑卒中后抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察情志调护结合艾灸四花穴预防卒中后患者卒中后抑郁症(PSD)发生的效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为干预组和对照组各60例,干预组采用情志调护结合艾灸四花穴治疗,对照组采用卒中后常规治疗护理。结果:2组干预后汉密尔顿抑郁评分各级别比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:情志调护结合艾灸四花穴可改善脑卒中后患者的心理状态,从而预防抑郁的发生。Objective:To observe the effect of emotional regulation combined with moxibustion on Sihua acupoint in preventing post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods:One hundred and twenty PSD patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group received emotional regulation combined with moxibustion on Sihua acupoint,and the control group received routine post-stroke treatment and nursing. Results:The difference of Hamilton depressive scale score ranging was significant between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Emotional regulation combined with moxibustion on Sihua acupoint can prevent the occurrence of post-stroke depression by improving the mental state.
