加味一贯煎抗脂肪肝的实验性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味一贯煎抗脂肪肝的作用。方法:采用复合致病因素(高脂饲料和乙醇)造成大鼠脂肪肝模型后,使用加味一贯煎大、小剂量分别进行治疗,观察血液生化指标及病理形态。结果:模型对照组大鼠血液生化中的胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05),肝脏脂肪变严重,细胞内有大量脂滴形成的空泡;而加味一贯煎高、低剂量组中的血清TC和TG较模型对照组明显下降(P<0.05),细胞内的空泡也明显减少。结论:加味一贯煎抗实验性脂肪肝的形成有一定效果。Objective:To observe the lipotropic action of modified Yiguan Decoction. Methods:Rat models of fatty liver were established by feeding with high-fat forage and ethanol. After treatment with large-dose or small-dose of modified Yiguan Decoction,the blood biochemical parameters,and changes of the macro-structure,histology and the ultrastructure of the rat liver were observed. Results:In fatty liver rats,the serum levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride were increased,fatty degeneration of the liver was obvious with the occurrence of large amount of vacuole formed by lipid droplet. Large-and small-dose of modified Yiguan Decoction counteracted the above changes. Conclusion:Modified Yiguan Decoction shows certain lipotropic action on rats with fatty liver.
