具毒性质粒沙门氏菌的快速检测

摘　　要：针对沙门氏菌毒性质粒spvR基因设计PCR引物,检测具有毒性质粒的沙门氏菌。6株常见具有毒性质粒的沙门氏菌均获得特异性扩增,11株常见的无毒性质粒的沙门氏菌均未获得特异性扩增,5株非沙门氏菌检测结果均为阴性。结果表明,所设计引物具有高度特异性,适用于具毒性质粒沙门氏菌的快速检测。In this article we designed and detected specific primers of spvR gene of Salmonella with virulence plasmid.All 6 Salmonella strains with virulence plasmid were accurately identified by the specific amplification products,while all 11 non-virulence plasmid Salmonella and 5 non-Salmonella were negative by the PCR.The result showed that the designed primers were of high specificity which could be used to detect familiar Salmonella strains with virulence plasmid rapidly.
