摘 要:采用戊二醛交联法,通过用聚乙二醇(PEG-1000)和戊二醛交联剂对基膜进行亲水化预处理,制备了一种新型聚乙烯醇(PVAL)超滤膜,研究了PVAL含量、添加剂分子量及含量、交联时间、热处理时间对膜水通量和截留率的影响,同时对膜的耐污染、耐高温及耐酸性进行了测定。实验结果表明,制备出优良PVAL超滤膜的最佳工艺参数为:PVAL质量分数8%,添加剂PEG-1000∶PVAL=1∶1,热处理30 min,交联10 min。该PVAL超滤膜具有优良的耐污染、耐高温和耐酸性,可获得广泛应用。By using glutaraldehyde crosslinking method,the basement membrane was pretreated by polyethylene glycol (PEG 1000) and crosslinking agent, and then a new kind of polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL) ultrafiltration membrane was preparated. The membrane structures were characterized by means of SEM and infrared spectrum. The effects of concentration of polyethylene glycol, kinds of additives, additive (P - 10) content, crosslinking time, heat treatment time on the membrane water flux were studied, and the pollution resistance and acid resistance of the membrane were determined. The results showed that the optimum process parameters for making PVAL ultrafiltration membrane were: PVAL concentration 8%, additive PEG - 1000: PVAL = 1: 1, heat treatment time 30 min, crosslinking time 10 min. The PVAL ultrafihration membrane had good quality of high temperature resistance, acid resistance and contamination resistance
