摘　　要：目的观察自拟扶正解毒消增汤治疗胃粘膜非典型增生的临床疗效。方法108例患者采用自拟扶正解毒消增汤治疗。结果治愈60例,好转20例,有效16例,总有效率88.9%。结论自拟扶正解毒消增汤具有益气健脾、柔肝养阴、清热解毒、活血散结的功效。能促进胃粘膜癌前病变逆转,治疗胃粘膜非典型增生有较好疗效。Objective Observation of Self-righting detoxification Xiaozeng decoction of the clinical efficacy of atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa.Methods 108 cases were treated by Self-righting detoxification Xiaozeng decoction.Results Cured 60 cases, 20 cases improved, effective 16 cases, with a total effective rate 88.9%. Conclusions Self-righting detoxification with extinction by Tang Qi spleen, Rougan Yin, clearing away heat detoxification, blood circulation Sanjie effect. Can promote the reversal of gastric precancerous lesions, treatment of atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa have good curative effect.
