摘 要:目的对我院OICU护士岗前培训方法进行探讨。方法对我院16名OICU新上岗护士进行为期1个月的岗前培训。结果经过岗前培训的护士,重症监护技能有明显提高。结论对OICU新上岗护士进行岗前培训,使我院OICU护士掌握重症监护技能,更好服务于患者。Objective Discussion about the ways of pre-service training for all the newly employed nurses in OICU in our hospital. Methods One charge nurse and three primary nurses have been selected from the sixteen nursing elites in the department of nursing to take the in-service training in the intensive care unit of obstetrics in general hospitals for 3 months.After their return to hospital,they will serve as teachers,teaching other nontrained nurses.Each trained nurse is responsible for four nontrained ones.A total of twelve nurses will take an orientation which will last for one month.Results The nurses who have taken the pre-service training have made much progress in intensive care therapy skill. Conclusions We should train the newly employed nurses in OICU with the pre-service training.In this way,the nurses in OICU in our hospital could master the skill of intensive care therapy to provide better service to our patients.
