煤炭企业人力资本投资现状及影响分析

摘　　要：人力资本是决定煤炭企业快速发展的关键性因素。文章立足于煤炭企业人力资本现状,提出了人力资本投资对于改善煤炭企业目前人力资本落后状况的作用。从定性的角度探讨了煤炭企业人力资本投资乏力所导致生产效率低下、安全成本加大、技术升级延缓等不良影响,从定量角度运用生产函数法具体分析了人力资本投资对于煤炭企业经济增长的贡献不大,得出煤炭企业要加大人力资本投资总量、提升人力资本投资资金利用效果的结论。Human capital is the key factor for the coal enterprises fast development. This article based on the present situation of human capital in coal enterprises ,put forward human capital investment＇s function in improving the backwardness of present coal enterprise＇s human capital. On qualitative perspective discussed the lack of human capital made the low production efficiency, security cost increase, technical promotion postponement, and so on. And on quantitative perspective adopting the Product Function Law analysis the human capital investment make little contribution in the coal enterprises＇economic development. Then conclude that the coal enterprise should enlarge the total quantity of human capital investment, and promote the efficiency of human capital funds.
