摘  要:高校人事工作中刚性管理和柔性管理各有特点,互为补充。高校要实施刚柔相济的人事管理模式,需要理解和把握刚性管理与柔性管理的关系,培育学校共同的价值观,提高管理者与教师的综合素质,在管理中增强情感凝聚力,营造和谐的工作氛围。Both rigid and flexible personnel managements in universities have their own features, which is complementary to each other. In order to carry out the mode of the combination of both rigidness and flexibility in the management of university personnel, it is necessary to understand well the relationship between rigid and flexible managements, to foster the concepts of common values in the university, to improve the overall quality of both the administrators and the faculty, to enhance the emotional cohesion in management, which will finally lead to a harmonious working atmosphere.
