摘 要:目的探讨信号转导和转录激活因子1(STAT1)在梗阻性肾病发病过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组化方法检测12例正常肾组织和47例梗阻性肾组织中STAT1、纤维连结蛋白(FN)和Ⅳ型胶原的表达;并分析STAT1表达与梗阻肾纤维化之间关系。结果梗阻肾组织中STAT1、FN和Ⅳ型胶原的表达均分别高于正常肾组织中各自的表达(P<0.05)。梗阻肾组织中STAT1表达与FN表达、Ⅳ型胶原表达密切相关(P<0.05),而且随着肾纤维化程度加重,STAT1表达也增多(P<0.05)。结论STAT1活性增强与梗阻性肾病的病理生理过程有关,特别在肾纤维化过程中发挥重要作用。[Objective] To investigate the roles of signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT)1 in pathogenesis of chronic obstructive nephropathy. [ Methods ] Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expressions of STAT1, fibronecun (FN) and type IV collagen in 12 specimens of normal kidney and 47 specimens of chronic obstructive kidney. The relationship between STAT1 expression in chronic obstructive kidney and renal fibrosis was explored. [ Results ] All of STAT1, FN and type IV collagen expressions in obstructive kidney were significantly higher than those in normal kidney tissue (P 〈0.05). There were positive relationships between STAT1 expression in obstructive kidney and FN expression, type IV collagen expression and renal fibrosis, respectively (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusions ] Abnormal increasing activity of STAT1 plays an important role in development and progression of chronic obstructive nephropathy, especially in development of renal fibrosis.
