摘 要:针对传统球磨机喷水装置智能化低、操作复杂和控制性能低的现状,文章设计了采用人机交互、自动控制级和现场控制级3层网络结构的球磨喷水控制系统总体结构,给出了该系统的九点控制器控制算法;算法输出控制量控制水泵的速度,同时控制磨头喷水阀、磨尾喷水阀、储气罐进气阀等的开关时间,从而控制磨内的热平衡,有效降低磨内温度。该系统已在行业中广泛应用。At present, large-scale ball mill is an essential equipment for a cement plant. It is the most effective method to cool the ball mill by spraying water inside. The traditional cooling method has the feature of complex operations and lacking of intellectualization. It has an important social significance and remarkable economic efficiency to develop a new control system for ball mill. This system adopts three levels network architecture, which is human-computer interface, automatic control level and field control level. PLC is the central controller to gather various signals, such as temperature of entrance and exit of material, pressure of water tank and air. The nine-point control algorithm decides the speed of water pump, switching time of water valve and gas valve. Thus, it controls thermal equilibrium inside the ball mill and cools the equipment effectively. This system was used widely in cement industry.
