浅议斜辊喂料机的设计

摘　　要：斜辊喂料机配合精密管材矫直机使用,能够辅助钢管顺利咬入主机、吸收钢管甩动带来的冲击,但传统的设备设计也存在一些问题,如斜辊喂料机和主机之间的间距、速度匹配、两辊面的标高等都影响道喂料机的使用质量。本文从工业实际出发,给出了其设计的一般原则,并应用于某厂Ф250机组之上,使用情况良好。the feeder with of using precision tube straightening machine helps smooth steel bite into the host,absorb steel shake the impact of the traditional equipment design also exist some problems,such as the feeder and host spacing between the match,speed of roller level,the elevation of feeding,affects the quality using. The author from industrial reality,to the design of the general principles,and a factory Ф250 used in units of the use of new units can be used as reference.
