摘　　要：功能集成化和结构一体化逐渐成为新技术和新产品发展的主要趋势之一。深度传感器的研制就是通过技术创新,采用一体化结构设计,将压力传感器与机械式压力开关设计安装在同一压力腔体内,能同时感受动作压力并同时提供开关信号与深度信号。该传感器为某型号产品配套研制,其研制流程涉及多门学科相互交叉的综合技术。其整机经过严酷的环境试验考核,具有抗振动,耐冲击等特性。The function integration and the structure integration become a main trends of new technology and new product de- velopment. The depth sensor adopts the integration structural designing which development is through the technological innovation, the pressure sensor and the mechanical type pressure switch are installed in the same pressure chamber, and it can simultaneously feel the pressure and simultaneously provide the switching signal and the depth signal. This depth sensor is developed for some model product necessary, its development referrers to synthetical technology which many kinds of subjects are crossed . Its complete machine passes through the severe environmental testing, and it has the anti-vibration, impact resistance and other characteristics.
