摘 要:目的研究推上颌第一磨牙远移后模型和X线颅颌侧位定位片测量值的差异。方法对安氏Ⅱ亚类错畸形的磨牙水平向远移,就其伴随的磨牙倾斜、扭转、牙体的伸高或压低、牙弓宽度的变化等同步进行测量分析。结果模型和X线片显示:上颌第一磨牙远移量和下颌磨牙近移量无差异。模型显示:弓形宽度无明显变化;远移磨牙的扭转显著。X线片显示:相对于腭平面,上颌磨牙压低显著;相对于下颌平面,下颌磨牙伸高显著。上颌磨牙的远倾显著。结论模型和X线颅颌侧位定位片对磨牙水平向移动量的测量值相近,磨牙的扭转和颊舌向移动的测量只能在模型分析中进行,而移动磨牙的倾斜和垂直向移动的测量则只能在侧位X线片上进行。Objective It is to investigate the difference of model and eephalometrie radiograph that measured after maxillary first molar distal movement. Methods Patients of subdivision class Ⅱ malocclusion were orthodontic treated and the first molars were pushed to move horizontal direction. The molars inclined, rotation, the crowns changed on vertical direction, and the changing of arch form were measured and analyzed. Results Model and X-ray show: there was no difference between distance of maxillary first molar distal movement and mandibular molar advancement. Model show: arch form width didn't signifieantlg change, distal movement of molar reverse significantly. X-ray show: for the Palate plane, maxillary molar was depressed significantly; for the mandibular plane, mandibular molar was extruded significantly. The maxillary molars distal tipping was significant. Conclusion There is similar of molars horizontal movement measure value between model and cephalometrie radiograph. The measure of Molar reverse and buceolingual movement only can be carried out in the model analysis, moreover, movement molar tipping and vertical direction only can be measured in the lateral X-ray.
