摘　　要：介绍了一种基于双通道旋转变压器的智能轴角编码器,对轴角编码器的工作原理、硬件和软件设计分别作了说明。该轴角编码器采用集成电路AD2S83作为旋转变压器-数字变换器;软件粗精组合;AD2S99作为信号源;功耗低,单电源供电;提供了CAN总线接口和增量正北脉冲输出;内建测试和软件配置功能;铝合金外壳设计。应用结果表明:该轴角编码器具有智能化、结构紧凑、可靠性高、性能价格比高的特点。A kind of two-channel shaft encoder based on revolving transformer is presented. The working principle, hardware and software design of the shaft encoder are given. The shaft encoder uses AD2S83 as RDC, software combination of coarse code and fine code, AD2S99 as signal generator, which has low power consumption and uses single power supply. It has a controller area network（CAN） bus interface, increment and north pulse output , built-in test （BIT） function , software configuration , aluminum alloy shell. Application shows that the shaft encoder is intelligent, compact , reliable and has high performance-cost ratio.
