紫归长皮膏治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死创面不愈的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察紫归长皮膏治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死创面不愈的临床疗效。方法将60例乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死创面不愈患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用紫归长皮膏外敷,对照组30例用0.1%利凡诺外敷;两组疗程均为6周,治疗6周后评价疗效;6周未愈者继续治疗至创面愈合,比较两组创面愈合时间。结果治疗组痊愈率为66.67%,总有效率为86.67%;对照组分别为46.68%、63.33%;组间比较,P<0.05。治疗组平均愈合时间(32.30±10.14)d,对照组(41.83±17.69)d;组间比较,P<0.05。结论紫归长皮膏能有效促进乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死创面的愈合。Objective To observe the curative effects of ＂Zigui Zhangpi Ointment＂ in the treatment of flap necrosis and wounds disunion after breast cancer operation. Methods Sixty subjects were randomly assigned into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by external application of ＂Zigai Zhangpi Ointment＂, and control group in which 30 cases were treated by 0.1% acrinol carbasus. After 6-week treatments, the clinical effects were observed ; the healing time was also observed. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate and total effective rate were 66.67% and 86.67% respectively ; and in the control group, they were 46.68% and 63.33% respectively; there were significant differences between two groups in the cure rate and total effective rate （P 〈0.05 ）. The average healig time was （41.83 ±17.69） days in control group and （32.30 ± 10.14 ） days in treatment group, with a significant difference between them（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Zigui Zhangpi Ointment＂ can promote the wounds healing after breast cancer operation.
