摘　　要：大量研究表明,微生物发酵豆粕是一种多功能的优质蛋白原料,对水产动物的生长性能、饲料利用效果、消化和免疫功能都有很好的改善作用。在此基础上,综述了发酵豆粕在水产动物饲料中的应用研究,以期为后续研究及生产实践提供参考。A large number of studies indicated that the soybean meal fermented by microorganisms would be a multi-functional high - quality protein feed and could improve the growth performance, feeding results, digestion and immunologic function of aquatic animals. On this basis, the application of fermented soybean meal in feeds for aquatic animals was summarized to provide a reference for following - up study and production praxis.
