子宫内膜癌中c-erbB-2蛋白与雌激素受体β亚型的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中c-erbB-2及雌激素受体亚型ER-β的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例子宫内膜癌、30例正常子宫内膜组织中c-erbB-2及ER-β的表达,并对其表达结果进行分析。结果在正常的子宫内膜中c-erbB-2蛋白为低表达(6.67%),子宫内膜癌中c-erbB-2的表达率明显增高(75%,P<0.05),且表达率与肿瘤组织学分级有关,分级越高,分化越差,表达率越高(P<0.05)。而且c-erbB-2的表达与肿瘤浸润子宫肌层深度有关,肿瘤浸润越深,c-erbB-2表达越强(P<0.05)。其表达与组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。ER-β表达的阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌组织学分级、病理分期有关,其阳性表达率在Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期(P<0.05),ER-β表达与组织学类型及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论c-erbB-2表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关,ER-β表达与子宫内膜癌的浸润、进展有关,二者联合检测可用来判断子宫内膜癌恶性程度。Objective To investigate the expression of c-erbB-2 gene and estrogen receptor-β（ER-β） in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of c-erbB-2 protein and ER-β was detected in 60 samples of endometrial carcinoma tissue and 30 samples of normal endometrial tissues by immunohistochemistry,and then compared and analyzed. Results The expression of c-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The c-erbB-2 expression in histological G2, G3 was higher than that of G1. The expression of c-erbB-2 was significantly different in different clinical stages（P 〈 0.05） ,but not correlated with lymph node metastasis（ P 〉 0.05）. The expression of ER-β was correlated with the pathological grade, stage and depth of myometrial invasion （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not related with lymph node metastasis （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The c-erbB-2 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma, while ER-β may be involved in invasion and progress of endometrial carcinoma. The c-erbB-2 and ER-β are synergistically expressed in different degree, and can be used for judging the malignant degree of endometrial carcinoma.
