摘 要:目的初步研制纳米复合磷酸锌水门汀并探讨其粘接性能。方法配制纳米氧化锌质量百分含量为0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,5%的复合磷酸锌水门汀粉剂,并用这8种不同纳米粉粒含量的磷酸锌水门汀粘接镍铬合金试件。镍铬合金试件用加载速度为0.5mm/min的生物力学测试机进行压缩剪切,记录各组剪切粘接强度值和界面断裂类型,并进行统计学分析。结果1%组的剪切粘接强度为[(5.376±0.914)MPa]大于其余七组[(3.990±0.682)-(1.874±0.535)MPa],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5%组的剪切粘接强度[(1.874±0.535)MPa]小于其余七组[(5.376±0.914)-(2.912±0.343)MPa],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有试件的断裂面可观察到两种破坏类型,即粘接破坏和混合破坏。结论初步研制了纳米复合磷酸锌水门汀粘接剂,且纳米氧化锌质量百分含量为1%时,剪切粘接强度最高。Objective To develop the nano composite zinc phosphate cement and to explore its adhesive property. Methods Composites of zinc phosphate cements to nanophase zinc oxide(ZnO)weight ratios of 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,5% were prepared, and the Ni-Cr alloy samples were pasted using 8 kinds of different ratio cements. The biological dynamic testing machine with the loading velocity of 0.5 mm/min was used to press samples,and values of shear bond strength(SBS) and types of interface failure were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results The SBS of 1% nano composite zinc phosphate cement was(5. 376 ± 0.914) MPa, higher statistically than those of the other cements [ (3. 990 ± 0. 682) - ( 1. 874 ± 0. 535 ) MPa, P 〈 0.05 ], and the SBS of 5% cement was lower statistically than those of the other cements[ (5. 376 ± 0. 914 - 2. 912 ± 0. 343 ) MPa,P 〈 0.05 ]. Two types of failure, adhesive failure and mixture failure,were observed in fracture surface of all samples. Conclusion Nano composite zinc phosphate cement is developed successfully,and the composite of zinc phosphate cement to the nanophase zinc oxide weight ratio of 1% can possess the highest shear bond strength.
