摘 要:针对无刷直流电机直接转矩控制(BLDCMDTC)中磁链观测控制困难、转矩估算复杂等问题,提出了一种结构简化的BLDCMDTC方案.建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型;新方案在电机恒转矩区运行时,采用反电势形状函数法简化了电磁转矩的计算,仅根据转矩滞环输出和当前转子磁链所在扇区选择空间电压矢量;并应用于选定无刷直流电机进行了仿真和试验.结果表明该方案可行有效,控制结构简单,保持了直接转矩控制固有的转矩动态响应快的优点,且易于工程实现.To solve those problems such as difficulty in observing and controlling flux linkage,and complexity of estimating torque in brushless DC motors (BLDCM) direct torque control (DTC),a novel scheme was proposed. Mathematic model of BLDCM was established. The back electromotive force shape function method was adopted to simplify electromagnetic torque calculation when the torque was invariable. The proper stator voltage space vector was selected according to the output of the torque hysteresis controller and the current rotor flux sector. Simulation and experiments on a selected BLDCM were carried out. The results show that this scheme is simple and effective,and it is easy to realize in the industrial application,while to keep the fast torque response.
