摘　　要：随着我国投资体制改革进程的加快,工程咨询企业之间的竞争更加激烈,提高其核心竞争力成为当前工程咨询企业的战略重点。文章在分析影响我国工程咨询企业核心竞争力的关键因素的基础上,提出了提升我国工程咨询企业核心竞争力的措施:加强人才队伍建设是基础,提高创新能力是关键,培育独特的企业文化是企业能够持久发展的决定因素。With reform of the investment system process being accelerated, the competition among engineering consulting enterprises is especially fierce. Improving their core competitiveness has becoming strategic emphasis of engineering consulting enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of key factors of core competitiveness, measures to enhance their core competitiveness are proposed about our engineering consulting enterprises. Strengthening construction of talented person team is the basis; improving ability to innovate is the key and cultivating distinctive corporate culture is decisive factor of enterprise developing enduringly.
