摘  要:提出以水溶性改性酚醛树脂做粘结剂,采用绿色工艺制备离合器摩擦材料。通过工艺优化和参数选择,所制备的摩擦材料摩擦系数适中、稳定,磨损率较低,高温无明显热衰退,恢复性能良好。硬度、冲击强度等性能优越。工艺中采用水做溶剂,代替传统工艺中的有机溶剂,打浆时间从过去的十多个小时下降到15~60min。省去了造成环境污染、资源浪费的生产工序,使生产成本得到有效控制,产品质量的统一性、稳定性增强,生产效率得到提高。In this article, a new material was put forward to fabricate the clutch friction materials with water-soluble phenolic resin modified by using green process. This material is good because of its stable, moderate coefficient of friction, lower wear rate through the technical design and the parameter selection. And it has no obvious thermal recession and has good restorability under high temperature. The performances of rigidity and impact strength are excellent. It uses water as solvent instead of organic solvents in the process. The time of beating drops to 15-60 minutes from more than 10 hours in the past. It gets rid of the production process which makes environmental pollution and resources waste in order to control the production cost. It also enhances the unity and stable of quality of product and improves production efficiency.
