摘 要:目的比较磁控溅射法和多弧离子镀法两种表面改性方法制备的氮化钛(Ti N)涂层对纯钛表面变形链球菌黏附能力的影响。方法制作相同规格的纯钛试件72片,随机分为抛光组(TA组)、磁控溅射Ti N涂层组(Ti N-MS组)及多弧离子镀Ti N涂层组(Ti N-MAIP组)。TA组纯钛作为对照。在各组纯钛表面黏附变形链球菌,培养时间分别为24、48、72 h,每组不同时间各8个试件。用菌落形成单位计数法统计分析各组的细菌黏附量。结果不同培养时间TA组纯钛表面的变形链球菌黏附量均显著多于Ti N-MS组和Ti N-MAIP组(P值均<0.05),后两组间的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论磁控溅射法和多弧离子镀法均能明显减少细菌在纯钛表面的黏附,这两种改性方法对细菌黏附的影响无明显差异。Objective To investigate the effects of TiN prepared by two different surface modification methods (magnetron sputtering and multi-arc ion plating) on S. mutans adhension to pure titanium. Methods A total of 72 titanium specimens were evenly randomized into 3 groups: TA group, TiN-MS group, and TiN-MAIP group. TiN-MS group was modified using magnetron sputtering technique with titanium nitride; TiN-MAIP group was treated by multi-arc ion plating technique with titanium nitride (TiN-MAIP); and TA group was polished titanium (TA) serving as control. S. mutans was cultured with the specimens for 24, 48, and 72 h in all the 3 groups, with 8 specimens tested each time. The attached bacterial on the surface of the specimens was measured by means of clone forming unit (CFU) method. Results The numbers of S. mutans attached in the TiN-MS group and TiN- MAIP group were significantly lower than that in the TA group after 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h culture (all P〈0.05) ; no significant difference was found between TiN-MS group and TiN-MAIP group (all P〉0.05). Conclusion Both magnetron sputtering and multi-arc ion plating can greatly reduce bacterial adhesion on titanium; the efficacies of the two methods are similar. (Shanghai Med J, 2009, 32; 910-912)
