摘　　要：近年来,知识经济飞速发展,高等教育发展的步伐也随之不断加快,社会需要更多的应用型创新人才,应用型创新人才的培养模式也需要不断改革和创新。本文针对新时期的时代特点,分析了应用型创新人才培养的重要性和紧迫性,提出了应用型创新人才的培养模式。In recent years, with the fast development of knowledge economy, the development of higher education quickened. And more innovative applied talents are needed with the development of society and education. This paper discusses the significance of the cultivation of innovative applied talents, puts forward a new model for developing of innovative applied talents, aiming at the characteristic of the new era.
